Shipping and Returns


Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your VRY WRM purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

You have 14 days from receipt to decide if your item is right for you. There is a $5 restocking fee per item returned which will be deducted from your refund.

 To process your return:

  • Complete the form in the ‘My Returns’ portal located in the ‘Account’ tab at the bottom of each page – all returns must be entered in the ‘My Returns’ portal in order to be processed.
  • If you checked out as a guest, please use the guest return portal located here.
  • If you are returning your item due to damage, you must attach a picture of the damage in the ‘My Returns’ portal for your refund to be processed.
  • Once your return has been entered through the ‘My Returns’ portal, a confirmation number will be sent to the email address provided. Please write this number at the top of your original invoice and include it in your package.
  • Repackage your item and original invoice securely – please note that we are not responsible for damaged packages.
  • A prepaid UPS label is made available through the ‘My Return’ portal once your return information is entered and processed.  Tape the UPS prepaid label onto the box making sure to completely cover the label with clear tape. Please cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from the package before sending.

You are welcome to ship your package at your own expense with a shipper of your choice. To ensure that we receive your package request a tracking number from you shipper. 

All collaboration merchandise sales are final.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Any questions, please contact us at

If you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same style, please contact us at so we can properly trace your return and timely provide you with the correct merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size and color.


Orders are shipped via UPS out of San Bernardino, CA. See below for estimated ground shipping times for your area within the U.S. provided by UPS. We offer 3-day select shipping and 2nd day air for expedited shipping on U.S. orders. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of receiving the order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; VRY WRM has no control over these charges, nor can VRY WRM predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
