You are welcome to ship your package at your own expense with a shipper of your choice. To ensure that we receive your package request a tracking number from you shipper.
All collaboration merchandise sales are final.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable).
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same style, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can properly trace your return and timely provide you with the correct merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size and color.
Orders are shipped via UPS out of San Bernardino, CA. See below for estimated ground shipping times for your area within the U.S. provided by UPS. We offer 3-day select shipping and 2nd day air for expedited shipping on U.S. orders. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of receiving the order.
We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally. Please note, you may be charged additional customs fees, duties and taxes on your package. See below for more information.
When ordering from VRYWRM.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
